After over a decade of private investment and management of real estate, I made the move to real estate brokerage in 2019, bringing real world experience and knowledge of the local area. “I am dedicated to putting the skills I learned to work for the community I love.”

A Cary native, Katie has lived and worked in the Triangle for more than 40 years. She’s experienced firsthand the area’s incredible growth and is proud to call one of the nation’s most desirable regions home. Her deep local roots and insight make her an invaluable resource for clients new to the area and longtime residents alike. Outside of real estate, Katie’s love of creativity shines through her passion for writing and the arts. She and her fiancé, Bobby, share their home with their rescue pup, Max, and together they enjoy traveling, new adventures, and time with their big, blended family of five adult children and seven grandchildren.

Kris is originally from Upstate New York and has called North Carolina home for the past three and a half years. With over 20 years of experience leading and managing teams at Fortune 500 companies, he brings strong leadership, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills to real estate. Drawn to the industry for its ever-changing market conditions, variety, and challenges, Kris is passionate about helping clients navigate their journeys with confidence and care. Outside of real estate, Kris loves spending time outdoors—whether it’s hiking, golfing, or working on his wooded property. Traveling is also a big part of life; with his partner Sophie’s family in England and Australia, there’s always a new adventure to enjoy. Family remains an important anchor, with his brother and father living in Phoenix/Scottsdale. Kris looks forward to building lasting relationships and helping clients find the perfect place to call home.

Having lived in North Carolina for 12 years — including time in Asheville, along the coast, and in the RDU area — Shane brings a well-rounded understanding of the state’s diverse communities and lifestyles.
