Bill Stevenson didn't just join the real estate industry; he sought to redefine it. As the Founder and President of Spotlight Realty at Compass, Bill has spent nearly two decades applying a high-level corporate marketing and data-driven philosophy to the North Carolina Triangle market.

From Global Marketing to Local Mastery
Bill’s approach is rooted in an MBA from Duke University (The Fuqua School of Business) and a distinguished career in global marketing. Before founding Spotlight Realty, Bill led marketing and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives for giants like IBM and Lenovo.

He transitioned into real estate with a singular mission: to bring that same level of analytical precision, negotiation expertise, and technological edge to his neighbors in Durham and Chapel Hill.
