Spotlight is a Ninja Selling team, and those principles are woven into everything we do, from our training systems and business planning to our weekly coaching cadence.  Agents get hands-on, weekly Ninja Selling training covering everything from the fundamentals to the more nuanced situations you'll encounter in real estate.  We've got the framework, the training, and the playbook.  You just put it into practice. 

From the cream of the crop. Brand new agents will be paired with our top producing mentor and Sales Manager, Dave Wylie, at no cost to you. You’ll have someone to shadow, answer your questions, help you write your first offer, you name it. You’ll learn hands on, boots on the ground from the best of the best.
