When Maria first got her real estate license, she explored several brokerages. “My intuition was telling me that going with a bigger brokerage probably wouldn’t give me the support I needed as a new agent,” she recalls. One of Maria’s biggest questions as a new agent was lead generation. “I moved from another country ten years ago. I know a lot of people, but I wasn’t confident enough to get leads just from my sphere of influence. I knew I had to work hard on that, and my goal now is to meet as many people as possible.”

Spotlight Realty, as part of a Zillow Flex team, gave her exactly that opportunity. Maria shares, “Even as a new agent, it gave me the chance to generate over $2 million in volume in my first four months.”
