Just on the other side of Duke’s East Campus, and a short walk away, this restaurant sells chicken wings served in a variety of styles, typically paired with delicious waffle fries and beer. Heavenly Buffaloes also has vegan wings to cater to different diets.

One of the best coffee shops near Trinity Park is Cloche Coffee. This coffee shop offers both hot and iced coffees along with excellent flavors to experiment with your go-to order. Cloche Coffee also sells teas and its signature liege waffle, a Belgian waffle with powdered sugar.

For a cost-effective yet still trendy way of shopping, locals enjoy going to MODE Consignment Boutique in the Brightleaf District. This boutique sells luxury brand items ranging from Prade bags to Michael Kors shoes. Its diverse collection of goods makes this boutique one of the most well-visited in the Durham area.
 

Things to Do

Most of Trinity Park's best things to do revolve around the neighborhood’s beautiful natural scenery. The neighborhood of Trinity Park has a park bearing the same name. Trinity Park is a quaint outdoor area with a fun playground, picnic shelter, and grill for barbecue celebrations. In addition, the neighborhood is also nearby the Pearl Mill Nature Reserve. This reserve is five acres long and is dedicated to informing its guests about the native plant species that it contains. There are also peaceful, flowing streams scattered throughout the reserve.

There are various trails in Trinity Park for residents to utilize for outdoor exercise. Duke University is located in Trinity Park and has an incredible paved walking trail. The Duke East Campus Trail is 1.7 miles long in total, perfect for a quick run or leisurely walk outdoors. Also, the Ellerbe Creek Trailhead Access is located in Trinity Park. The Ellerbee Creek Trail is only one section of a much larger chain of trails stretching across North Carolina. This section of the trail is about 5.15 miles long and is mostly off-road.
