This Seminar is for Residents and Fellows

Do you need to sell your home in 2023? If so, I have some information that you're going to want. First, 2023 is not going to be like 2020, 2021, or 2022. It will be different, but no one is sure exactly how. However, there are a few things we do know you need to consider:

Do you need to renovate? Do you need to fix things up? Do you need staging? Do you need a bridge loan for financing? Should you offer a home warranty? And what are the creative solutions? For example, you could renovate using our money interest-free and then pay us back when you sell. Or do you want to sell your home in February and not move out until July? That's another creative option. 

To get the information you need to make the necessary considerations, you can come to our seminar on January 26 at the Woodcroft Community Club. My team and I will be putting it on, and we’ll have a lender, stager, contractor, and home warranty expert there with us.
