We’re making one of our best programs even better. You probably already know about our concierge listing program, but as a recap, it lets the seller leave all the work of preparing their home to us. This program works insanely well: On average, it improves the value of a home by 7% to 20% at a cost of only 2% to 3%. 

Many clients wanted to take advantage of this program but couldn’t afford to make all the upgrades we were offering. Now that we’re working with Compass, we can make those upgrades at our own expense, and you just pay us back at closing! You won't have to stress about it since your home will sell for much more as a result.
