Jamesia Purkett

Originally from North Carolina, Jamesia holds a degree in Marketing from North Carolina A&T State University.  After graduating, she moved to New York City where she began her career in residential real estate at a boutique firm in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn, New York.  There, she enjoyed success as a top-grossing agent in the Brooklyn division.  She later joined The Corcoran Group which provided her with a wealth of industry-leading resources, allowing her to raise the bar on her scope of services becoming a specialist in Clinton Hill, Fort Greene and Bedfor-Stuyvesant.

Returning to North Carolina, Jamesia now serves clients in Raleigh, Durham, Cary, Chapel Hill and the surrounding areas of the Triangle.  She works hand in hand with buyers and sellers making what can be an overwhelming process more manageable and enjoyable with her attentiveness and industry knowledge.  Clients are instantly impressed with Jamesia's commitment to getting them the results they want, as well as her ability to smoothly manage transactions from start to finish.

Although winning for her clients is a great reward, Jamesia finds the lasting relationships with her clients the most fulfilling aspect of her work.  Her positive outlook, energetic spirit, can-do attitude and personable nature stem from her passion for being of service.  Her strong interpersonal and organizational skills set her apart from other brokers.  

In her downtime, Jamesia enjoys going to the movies, exploring the Triangle, and eating at the wonderful local cafes and restaurants.
